TalkTalk was one of the few telecom companies in the UK who started to offer Ultra Fibre Optic broadband to its customers. I was asked by Talk Talk to create the user experience for their Ultra Fibre Optic Broadband first time release product for responsive mobile, tablet and desktop.
I designed three different sales flow for acquisition and upsell journeys, welcome center user journeys, and a speed checker interface tool as well as the UX planning for the Business Ultra Fibre Optic broadband product.
One of the most exciting challenges I faced was finding creative and engaging UX solutions to transmit the educational long texts that would set right the customers´ expectations.
